The Fitness Protection 15 Minute Workout is the most efficient, effective and fastest way we know to get and stay fit. The workouts are short to accommodate our busy schedules and designed with the primal, multi-joint movements you use in everyday life to help you function better throughout your day. The workout will maximize your calorie burn during the workout and long after during muscle recovery meaning you burn up to four times more calories than a traditional "treadmill" type workout. We have made it very simple for you. Just hit the Start Your Workout Button and follow the timed exercises. The App will automatically track which workout you just completed and cue up the next workout the very next time you work out. This ensures you work all of your muscles in a balanced way.
Regular exercise brings energy, well being, a sense of accomplishment and a feeling of control over your body and mind, not to mention a healthier appearance. It is worth the effort - especially just 15 minutes - A few days per week.
The Fitness Protection App also has motivation built into the program. Invite workout partners to keep you accountable. Each workout partner can see how many times the others have worked out this week and this month. The App is free as long as you work out at least 12 times per month (3 times per week average). If you do not work out the minimum times per month, you are charged $5 for that month.
